We want players to have an amazing experience, and we'll always work with you when genuine circumstances arise. Online bookings help us manage player numbers, safety, and staffing so every session runs smoothly. If a session is cancelled due to weather, we'll transfer your booking to a suitable date of your choice. We understand things come up - if you're unwell or can't make your session, just let us know and we'll help you reschedule. Like most venues, bookings aren't refunded.
Approved eye protection must be worn at all times while on the field. Eye protection must fully seal around the eyes with no gaps. Removing eye protection during gameplay or inside game zones is strictly prohibited.
Continuing our safety standards from Crossfire indoors, all players are required to bring their own muzzle sock. Socks must have a string/elastic to hold onto blaster. We have them available for purchase from $5. The Tier One Intro Hire Pass includes a hire one. This ensures that when players are in the safe zone every precaution is taken to keep everyone protected.

AMMO CACHE Limited magazine capacity means every shot counts. Plan your ammo carefully and work with your team. If you run low, Ammo Caches are located throughout the playing field where you can refill during gameplay. Can you make it to the cache before the other team? Or will you rely on your teammates to cover you? Teamwork and strategy are the key to victory.
